PLM Strategy Consultant – Finance Industry

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Strategy Consultant with 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry to join our prestigious strategy boutique. As a PLM Strategy Consultant, you will collaborate with our diverse team of professionals, partnering with clients in the financial industry, to provide strategic insights, optimize their PLM processes, and contribute to the digital transformation of the industry.

• Industry Analysis and Research:
  Conduct in-depth research on financial industry dynamics, including market trends, regulatory frameworks, emerging technologies, and PLM best practices. Identify opportunities for our clients to streamline their processes and maximize the value of their product lifecycle management projects.
• Strategic Planning and Digital Transformation:
  Work closely with clients to understand their challenges and aspirations. Develop PLM strategies aligned with their business objectives and regulatory environment. Propose innovative solutions to meet the financial sector’s requirements in terms of security, compliance and agility.
• Implementation and Optimization of PLM Solutions:
  Oversee the implementation of adapted PLM solutions (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia), ensuring coordination between business and technical teams. Optimize systems to ensure effective adoption and tangible value creation for customers.
• Process Improvement and Operational Excellence:
  Collaborate with customers to analyze and improve their operational processes and value chain. Identify inefficiencies, reduce operational costs and propose adapted solutions to strengthen their competitiveness.
• Financial Analysis and Investment Evaluation:
  Conduct financial analyses for PLM projects, including financial modeling, cost-benefit assessments, and profitability analyses. Advise customers on the best investment and resource allocation strategies.
• Change Management and Organizational Transformation:
  Support clients in their organizational transformation projects related to PLM initiatives. Develop change management strategies, manage resistance, and facilitate workshops to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Client Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Understand their specific needs and provide them with tailored solutions to meet the complex requirements of the financial sector.
